Beautiful product with an amazing finish. The DLC coating doesn't have any blemishes and has an extremely low coefficient of friction. It shouldn't require hardly any lubrication to function. You can't beat the prices and customer service at opticsplanet.com!

Nice slick finish. A little on the heavy side but not bad.. Cycles smoothly in Aero precision upper. Over 200 rounds with binary trigger and other than a light hammer strike due to gas it functioned flawless

I bought this BCG in January of 2018 for my .308 AR10 build, due to F1 firearms being a “great quality gun manufacturer.” First thing I want to say is if you buy a nickel boron BCG from here, it’s not even nickel boron. It looks nothing like the picture and feels nothing like Nickel boron. Second when you start shooting your gun, the BCG tarnishes with heat and looks terrible. I have spots from where the heat builds up. Third, it’s a crappy BCG. I can’t even get through a 10 round magazine with out at least 2 malfunctions. I would not recommend this to anyone. Save the money and buy a good quality BCG. I’ve owned a couple F1 fire arm guns and everyone I’ve owned I’ve had issues with.
