Shot 500 rds through with my aero build. Haven’t had any issues. Looks great with quality and precision. Shaves off a smidge for a light weight build for a good price.

The BCG works fine and has a nice coating, but Faxon refuses to properly stake their gas keys. I bought one which Faxon replaced under warranty due to almost non-existent staking. The next one they sent, which they inspected prior to shipping, wasn’t much better. I bought the Faxon because it was a bit cheaper than the JP Enterprises LMOS. Now that I had to get a staking tool, I’ve almost spent what the JP would have cost. Learn from me – spend a little more and buy a properly manufactured lightweight BCG to start with and skip the Faxon.

I’ve purchased this over a year ago for use in my .25-45 Sharps. It all but eliminated the rifles recoil being in combination with a David Tubb buffer spring….the ejected cases land so uniformly till I could fill a cup…. Great buy!!!

I'm very impressed with this BCG it weighed about 8.5 oz on my scale. The nitride finish looks great, no blemishes. This BCG also completely covers the ejection port door. Many lightweight BCG designs contain skeletonizations that could easily allow debris into the action. Not this one.

This all but eliminated the recoil on my 300 blk sbr. I used it with a 7.5 Faxon match grade barrel and a Oden adjustable gas block. This bolt tuned up perfectly with and without the suppressor and extracted uniformly. I chose this because I was trying to stay as light as possible on the build and got within 6 oz of my friends Honey Badger
