I have a lot of S&W 15-22 magazines and wanted to use the Boonie Packer Better Mag Adapter for the LRBHO feature. I struggled to get reliable function using Taccom's bolt which is very similar, even after doing the necessary modification to the adapter. This CMMG bolt worked right out of the box with the adapter and my rifle has not had any malfunctions since I started using it. It functions without any issues with any ammunition I have tried such as Federal bulk ammo, CCI (mini-mag, SV, subsonic), Gemtech subsonic, Armscor bulk and Winchester M-22. My rifle is suppressed and the only draw back is that the action noise is louder than the Taccom bolt, but this is a very minor issue. This is a proven, mature design, easy to maintain and functions very well. Recommended for sure

I wanted to purchase an additional bolt for another build. I have a blast with these. Love how affordable they are and the rehab kit is cheap as well. Had one firing pin break but not a difficult fix.

This bolt group is NOT for.22LR. What is pictured and what is pictured and what is sent is 22 ARC. A completely different round. Do not buy this if looking for a.22 LR bolt group.
