I use this bolt carrier group in a light weight bolt with a faxon bolt for a lightweight 223 build but I also assembled it in a standard bolt carrier group it worked in that also seems to be finished a little better than some of my other pins and it should be easier to clean

So far so good. Correct bolt face protrusion on a Daniel Defense 5.56 bolt with an LMT carrier. Ran well in the bolt for the meager 100 rds I could spend this week. Correct length measured next to a newish RCA, FN, Spikes and a brand new BCM firing pin. You’ll never see it but it has a cool dark polished finish (almost gunmetal grey). The inner sides of the flanges where the firing pin retainer sits (when installed) feel edgy to touch. Other slightly more expensive pin flanges have radiuses on all four sides. It does not cause any negative effects. Great value at $11 although there maybe more battle tested options at $16- $19 USD.
